Development Releases Fourth Building to Market

The 15-storey building “Dawn” offers 113 two and three-bedroom apartments. Developer Rayjon brought forward the release following the sellout of the initial three buildings – “Dusk”, “Eve” and “Scape” – which comprised the first stage of the development. Knight Frank Queensland head of project marketing Chris Litfin said Rayjon had decided to offer the larger format residences in the interests of providing a diversity of apartment styles at Vantage.

Knight Frank Queensland head of project marketing Chris Litfin said several existing Vantage residents had purchased in Dawn to secure the larger apartment format.

Gold Coast based Condev Construction has won the tender to build the first stage of developer Rayjon Group's $180 million Vantage Gold Coast project at Benowa. 

Condev will start construction on the project's first two apartment buildings in January, with completion scheduled for early 2017.

Construction has began on a new $180 million Gold Coast project set to whet the appetites of buyers with a penchant for golf. 

Across the next six weeks, Nyholt Construction will conduct civil works on Vantage - the Benowa masterplanned community adjoining Royal Pines resort. Construction for stage one of the six-tower Rayjon Group development is earmarked for the end of the year and is expected to be completed at the end of 2016.
